ARJEL Certification
NBS System is able to provide official ARJEL certification with the company Inoven for online gambling companies.
This partnership allows us to set up tests, audits and verifications in order to be certified by the ARJEL organisation.
If an English company wants to create an on-line gambling subsidiary in France, it is mandatory to obtain this certification according to the French law.
- A first certification will be performed in a timeline of six months after the website opening. This first step aims to check if the company abides with the articles 31 and 38 of the French on-line gambling law.
- A second certification has to be performed in a timeline of one year after getting the first agreement. The objective is to check if the company respects its legal duties regarding its on-line activity. This certification has to be updated every year.
